Order Summary

We load your pod into a truck and deliver it fully assembled to your property. Then we install it using a shed mule, a forklift or a crane, depending on the accesibility to your backyard.

If accessibility seems impossible or it’s just too expensive to crane the pod, we can always assembly it on site.

Your mini office will follow! Just as we deliver your unit fully assembled, you can take your mini office with you whenever you move.

The pods are manufactured in one of our shops in Mount Pleasant, MI or Marysville, WA. They are fully assembled in the factory, including electrical, roofing, walls, and flooring.

Although you cannot customize the size of our pods, we do offer two sizes that are slightly different: The Twelve (12’x8’ - 96 sq ft) and The Sixteen (16’x10’ - 160 sq ft). Both can be delivered fully assembled to your property.

If your backyard is level, our pods can sit directly on the grass, dirt or concrete. We engineered the framing of the flooring so the air can flow beneath and the actual floor is never in contact with the moisture of the ground.

Our pods come with a 50 amp service that needs to be connected to your house main supply. This is something any certified electrician can do, and we’ll provide all the technical information for it.

The Twelve comes with an AC unit installed and an electrical heater. Both are capable of heating/cooling a room 3 times bigger and you’ll received the pod with these appliances installed and ready to use.
